Lean in.

Just embodiment in its totality, fully aware as the film goes on around us, fully NOW.

We choose to see the lessons and to hold our full selves hidden beneath our meat suits.

We chose this playground.

We just keep forgetting how to access it and remember.

Intentionally unaware we slide through the chaos with no map or compass...

As I become the medicine for my life, transformation becomes everywhere present.

Presence is the medicine.

Source is one, therefore it is in every disguise at all times. Just open your eyes to the edges of our programming, those places where you push the envelope and it bends, squaring the circle of this dimensional curve we are in and under.

IT IS ALL, therefore everywhere at once, in everything, every atom, molecule, cell, person, place thing. You can't miss it, so maybe that is why you always do.

Intentional forgetting to keep it endlessly new...

We are ALL always enlightened, yet continuously choose to remain behind the veil of it.

We choose to see the lessons and to hold our full selves hidden beneath our meat suits.

We choose this playground.

We just keep forgetting how to access it and remember.

Intentionally unaware we slide through the chaos with no map or compass, forgetting to accept the pattern that is our matrix...

In our negation of the pattern we fight ourselves throughout whole lifetimes, repeating ourselves this enprisoning pattern of defeat and grief, missing the forest for the trees.

"Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our minds."
-Bob Marley (Redemption Song)

What if you could just realize the key to your prison is already in your hand?

What if you could replace the pattern with new programs to clean up your hardware so you can establish new software?

How would you rewrite your story?

Or could you start with a fresh now and let go of that story?

Well, can you?

This is it. This is the life where you become the light you are.

Lean in.

Let it carry you.

It is the perpetual nature of love,
the infinite now,
all-encompassing,
all accepting
universal oneness
love unconditional,
in every breath you take.

We resonate its vibration when we allow love to lead our voice.

We carry the spiritual current of the aeon when we share this resonant harmonic field of love with everyone in our lives.

Choose this playground.

Become the love you are.

Just be.

Grateful for it ALL?!?! Yes, it ALL.

Real gratitude is unconditional acceptance, which is true unconditional love.

It is grace for being in every way that you are. It is the grace and compassion you reflect out to everyone else being accepted and embodied within you.

It is seeing the ALL in each person or event, and allowing the infinite potential to radiate through your perception. To allow part in whole is to see the forest and the trees, the crystals and the bees, and to know they each are infinitely significant.

Every bug, every plant, every rock affects our dimensional spectrum of reality as the spectrum also affects it.

So grateful for the terrible as well as the transcendent, for each reveals another piece in our eternal puzzle of now that we breathe through with each step towards our goal of full embodiment of the light.

Unconditional gratitude frees our now completely from the trappings and indulgences of ego.

The physical illusions blind us to the whole of what is and bind us to our shame and fears and doubts and sadness as much as to our love, joys, and compassion. The ALL is beyond those limitations, it is the field where all is contained, it is the entirety of now, each instant experiencing itself through us.

How do we free up our whole gratitude??

How do we make peace with our now to access it's infinite power/potential?

We must unpack ourselves until our suitcases are empty, drain out the limits and extents of our mental potentials like a faucet, to rebuild our selves with the Self.

The little s self, or ego, is always searching for the big S Self, or infinite soul, that point of oneness and complete understanding of the All. It finds it and attempts to consume it with repetition, absorption, adaptations, always reaching for that first hit of eternity, that glimpse which fades endlessly...

The key is where we find it, and it is everywhere.

That core, new car smell is so much more than that. It is the transcendental object at the end of time, waiting for us to notice that it was always there, the cosmic joke you have to open your eye to see.

Why do we always talk around it, instead of just saying God? Maybe the word changes the meaning in our souls, and almost dirties it with our cultural self. It loses is luminosity with a clear label...

Maybe we can't process it if it is said directly, for then we don't "discover" it for ourselves and all learning is self-instruction.

We engage in the lifelong search only to find the glasses were always on our head.

Open your mind. Allow infinite gratitude for your life, in all of its parts, the shiny, and the shit. Embrace your wholeness with infinite compassion and watch the petals of your inner mystery unfurl. You deserve it.

This is all we have.

All is mind.

Just be and allow your life to glow.

Master Cleanse...

Embrace your divinity!

Catalyze your consciousness,
collectivize your creativity,
claim your divinity,
embrace wholeness
now.

Energize your despair,
fight your pain with peace,
lose yourself to the infinite,
yet fully embody your fear,
intertwine the alchemy of each,
notice the eternal right there
before your eyes, that glimmer,
a shift in your perception,
as you allow your inceptions
to manifest as intentions
coalescing your path into
this flow, continuous realities
timelessly unfold,
open your now...

breathe in through
your heart...

face the all,
shit to shiny,
make your shift,
breathe into now...

open your heart...

Just be.

Sample passage from my Gritty Real-World Spiritual Fiction Adventure book to be finished this year!

A passage from Chapter 3 of my second book, to be finished this year called,
"This is it."

Enjoy!

3

"777, huh," he said aloud to himself as he walked up to the bus stop, "the bus should be the quickest way to the docks." He got on and quickly sat in the first open seat he saw, the vehicle was fairly crowded, and he didn't venture for eye contact among the sea of empty faces. "Only 5 stops, not too bad," Shanyn thought. He found the closest open window to look out of and gazed towards it. As his gaze began to glaze over, he felt himself zone out.
Suddenly his attention narrowed to a sharp vortex as he heard the voice. It was coming from behind him in the next row, her, the weird old lady from the previous evening. But what really peaked his attention as they continued conversing behind him, was what they were saying. He felt like he was in the twilight zone, she was talking about being in this oneness, like she referred to with Shanyn just the night before. He listened, it seemed interesting to him.
"It permeates all things everywhere," she spoke enthusiastically, kind of odd for those around her, noticeable by their expressions, as they glared at her judgmentally. As if completely unaware of her ignorant onlookers, she spoke with quiet confidence, "There is no place that it is not, for you see, it is everything, but even though it is everything, it is also nothing."
"Lady, I don't know where you escaped from, but I hope they find you soon," the sharp attack, viciously ignorant, flew from the mouth of the overly-self-assured-wanna-be-gangster seated across from her. Shanyn wondered what she would say as he tried to figure out what she was saying to begin with.
"They can find me any where; all they have to do is open their eyes, just like you, my young friend. Anything you search for is right here in front of you. Are you sure you can't see it?" she questioned the thug with such solemn patience, totally void of frustration, or anger. Her voice still filled with a joy that Shanyn just didn't get. It was so alien to him; he just sat there, intently listening.
"All I can see lady, is that you are full of shit," with that he jumped up, stared her down for a moment, as if to intimidate the harmless elderly woman, then quickly threw his shoulders forward to try to make her flinch. She didn't even blink, her eyes transfixed on him with perfect understanding. Complete and total peace emanated from the mysterious mistress as she acknowledged her confronter. The young black teenager stood up straight, confused at what was occurring right before his very eyes. The people on the bus all looked on now, yet with an odd sense of detachment, as if they were watching television. Shanyn kept vigilant, knowing he would try to step in if the boy became physical.
Then the young gangster-in-training reacted in a most peculiar way. His maliciously intent stare slowly faded. His face went placid and he seemed genuinely at peace for a moment. It was almost as if she had spread whatever it was she was immersed in with him, because it was apparently working. He smiled at her in a way that suggested sincere gratitude, as if she had released all of his inner pain or something. As always, in typical New York tradition, no one around them noticed a thing. Everyone except Shanyn didn't, anyway. He wondered if she just perpetually perused the city, freeing random souls with open-ended ideas and bliss inducing stares.
The boy sat down and gave the grandmotherly person his full, undivided attention. She softly cleared her throat and began, "The best part of this Oneness is that it will never run out, being everything and all. It is pure peace to know there is no end and that everything you think you know is an illusion; just endless cycles, form to form from form to form from form to form, etc. etcetera, ad infinitum. If we can close our mind enough, the conscious "cluttered" collection of thoughts we call a mind, then it will all be revealed in one eternal peace to this piece of our relativized reality so just be it now, there is nothing else to know..."
Shanyn felt the words echo through his quieted mind, feeling at ease and vulnerable towards her. It frightened yet intrigued him as he sat there listening to the illumined rant as she went on and on. He swore he could feel the peace just emanate from her in waves of pulsing energy. He looked up when the bus stopped again, as if he had just stepped back into reality. "Shit, it figures," he torted to himself as he noticed that the bus was already one stop past where he wanted to be. With that realization, he snapped back to full consciousness and leaped towards the bus doors. "At least it's only four blocks, it could have been far worse."\
As he looked down the road he could see the docks in the distance.  He glanced down at his watch and saw that it was 1:17.  Quickening his pace over a couple steps he wondered what the place would look like.  Was it a shady, dark place, cold and damp?  Or is it a clean and warm set up almost seeming too nice to be a warehouse?  He visualized the two scenarios as he came up to the last block now.  He could see it clearly now, the large 777, high up on the corner of the building.   High walls made the sevens look almost menacing on the side of the warehouse.  The place’s height created a shadowed area to the left of the doors.

He walked up the steps quickly, two at a time and reached to open the door.  It was locked.  He knocked, and it echoed faintly in the distance.  The smells of rotting fish and putrid sea air lit up his nostrils in a deep breath.  “Nothing like the East River,” he thought as he waited patiently.  The darkness of the alley created an odd effect for Shanyn as he glanced up to see blue skies and fluffy white clouds meandering overhead gently through the air.
“Kreeeeeeeee! Boom!” the door assaulted his ears as it slowly opened.  “Who are you?” spouted an abrupt, raspy deep voice as a man emerged from the shadowy interior.  The distinct voice revealed him as the man from the telephone.  An almost monstrous mountain of a person, he stood just under the top of the doorway and peered down at Shanyn with eyes that seemed weathered beyond their years.
“I called about the job,” Shanyn said with a smile on his face, trying to hide the serious uneasiness the man’s daunting figure posed to his smaller stature.  “I’m here to speak to the supervisor; I think I spoke to you on the phone.  The name’s Shanyn,” and he reached out his hand to try to break the tension he sensed was growing.
The man looked at his hand coldly, then said, “Follow me.”  With that he pushed the doors open further, turned around and went back down the steps he had just come up.  As he ventured after him through the doorway the room opened up like a cathedral.  The warehouse walls just rose up and up to the smaller rectangular windows near the roof.  Sunlight poured through the windows projecting down onto what looked like a small area of offices with the more formal, dirty, smelly, warehouse out in the distance.  The clanking his escort made as he walked down the metal steps was the only sound audible beyond the industrial sized fans droning on far overhead.  An odd aroma of gasoline coupled with what can only be described as plastic melting made his stomach turn over and cringe, leaving him slightly light headed as he descended into the place.

Expect more snippets over the course of the year, I am 150 pages into the book, so we are almost to completion!

Infinite SELF forgiveness...

To forgive is an amazingly powerful gesture, freeing the soul and spirit from the connections to an event, a person or a situation that has caused a disruption to our wholeness...

We are our hardest critic.

Often with more awareness, our first inclination is to be even more critical of oneself.  We beat ourselves up and get stuck in these timeloops of repeating those events, situations, people's interactions, and let them destroy us over and over.  We build walls to keep out positivity and praise because we deny our own right to be happy.

We feel that we don't deserve happiness or joy and aren't worthy of recognition because it is almost as though we hold a grudge with ourselves.

How can you truly forgive someone else if you won't even forgive yourself?

Friendships are always layered with forgiveness, because our expectations are never met the way we really wanted...

Are you friends with yourself?

Why not?  You are a beautiful being and deserve love!

You are just as worthy of receiving love as everyone else is.  Embrace that reality, be willing to accept love.

"You are your own best friend," -Richard Lauria, words of a sage still echo through the tribe's collective unconscious...

"Remember who you are..."  -Rafiki (the lion king)

Did you get the message?

Do you know who you are?

You are an infinite being of light extending outwards in all directions of space and time and we are all one consciousness experiencing our subjectivity to disperse our awareness to all potential directions at once, now.  You are all of the love in the universe and all of the sadness, all of the knowledge as well as the ignorance.  "There is no such thing as death,  life is only a dream and we are the imagination of ourselves, here's Tom with the weather."  -Bill Hicks

From this perspective, all things are related and possible...

Accepting that we are all one is a tremendous responsibility to the universe.  It is accepting the great as well as the horrible.  It is acknowledging that all things reside within us as well as without.

So here's the secret!

Understanding and knowing these things about the nature of your divinity and oneness, you can shift anything in your life, no matter how terrible, simply through gentle awareness and self forgiveness.

Sounds too easy?
The hardest part is accepting our actual power over it.  Being in your own power can be a frightening thing of you have had to supress it or keep it hidden for most of your life.  Awareness is remembering this inherent power, and forgiving yourself for not noticing that it is as simple as telling yourself that you love yourself, apologizing, asking yourself for forgiveness.

We all want to heal and find wholeness and this begins in the now.

This moment is all we have...

Forgive yourself now, know that you are worthy and deserving of love, for that is your divine right as a citizen of the cosmos!!!

If you can not forgive, then you cannot truly release your attachments to the memories of your hurt or difficult past...

Find the jewel of the lotus in the mud of your experiences.  Notice the positive in the pernicious, the triumphs amidst the terrors.  Your perspectives will open as you forgive yourself for holding your pain.

Release your fears with love and connection to you!

As a mirror to the universe, we are collaborating the infinite with each breath we take.

You are loved.

You are sorry and worthy of forgiveness.

You are grateful for all parts of your experience.

We create our now, and so it is.

Just be.

Push...

Take a deep breath.

Come with me...

Now.

Push to expand...

Push to explore.

Push to express...

To be the flow...

Tantric rantings fill the mind
with contusions of conclusions
splintering off for amusement
as we spin this fire of the mind
and the heart intertwined
we sip of the vein of the infinite
and dive into the falls of consciousness
as the vortex widens to encompass the all
that is now.

Did you get all that?
There will be a test at the end,
please try to keep up
as the expansion of awareness
and consciousness incorporates
the effervescence of the illumined
as we feel those bubbles
percolating in our chest
and the wellspring of play and joy
take over in this timeless moment of flow
that we pass in and out of
as we meander our trail...

Find the gratitude for all moments,
for all sides of the story matter
as this rambling of awareness
trickles to a stream
we dig out the vein
to begin again
cyclical spirals
dance through perception
know the ebb,
ride the flow,
be the now,
reap what's sown.

Just be.

fires of redemption

Deep in the depths of the shallows of the mind
we find our perceptions awry with visions and misconceptions of the past,
taking that one last gasping breath before heading into the mire of the pile,
the masses of misunderstanding and fog of unforgiveness,
those false notions, or memories distorted, shown through one's filters
processing out that which you are not ready for...

Ready yet?

So just tilt the filter to the side for just a brief instant and come with me...

Feel the pulsation of the vibrations of energetic light flow
through the veins of the space
between the cracks of the veil as the way is made clear
for an instant you can now be self reflective,
you can now see those patterns of painful perceptions you cloud your perspective with...

The puzzle of your psyche laid out before you in such as you can actually be objective,
just for the moment anyway...

Don't look away, this part is important.

That template of reality you have been playing your movie through is still a bit smudged and needs a good smudging to release those held attachments to those moments of agony, and those moments of joy need a good polish to rediscover the gratitude of each second, the graciousness with which we revere the infinite as we perceive those cracks in the maya of this illusive world.

Did you look away?

I hope not.  If you did, just go back through it
It's always there, as it was before.
The cycle never ends.
It can evolve, but only if you are ready...

Can you find the joy in agony's pocket,
or the blessings among the curses?

This redemption you seek is locked within your own mind,
the key to your past and future is always within reach and sight,
just beyond the edges of your view...

it is always there waiting
for you to open your eye
and embrace the now...

Take a deep breath, and release into it...

That layer beyond the past and future,
where all is possible and can manifest,

a fifth dimensional soup of possibilities,
not clouded by held remorse or anxieties,

the field where all is able to be,

now...

Just be.

Emotional scars are like internal tattoos...

The tattoo parlor of the unconscious and subconscious mind is an interesting place to pick up some new ink...

This lair of our mind holds all of those important events, whether positive or negative...

It leaves its scars as tattoos on the psyche, shaping, altering and traumatizing our experience of the world. We hold our "tattoos" of trauma closely at the core of our perceptual filter for our lives.  The scars sit closely to those triggers which call us into patterns of accepted behaviors we have conditioned our lives to be.  Sometimes those scars become our comfort, they become our safe place when we need something to fall back on.

So what are these "trauma tattoos" that so many of our minds are covered in?

Events which create extreme stress and anxiety tend to imprint deeply in our persona.  These may be echoes of events from early on in life, or of events we experienced just yesterday.  The effect of these moments creates that anxiety and stress that permeates every aspect of our being.  With one little catalyst we can spiral into our behaviors and coping mechanisms as though we are right back there with the event, as though we never left it.  For soldiers, this is a common occurrence when they are engaged in battle. This has been called "shell shock,"combat stress reaction, battle fatigue, and now its most commonly referred to as post traumatic stress disorder or PTSD.

These scars have trouble being released because they were not fully embraced, however difficult that may sound...

Letting go, while it seems like it should be easy, can be a very arduous task and this is especially true in cases of trauma. Think of it like a sink filled with dirty dishes.  Usually, you would just rinse off the dirty dishes and put them in the dishwasher, letting go of their filth and releasing the attachment to the dirt that they have built up. The person with PTSD or with traumatic dramas has a damaged faucet and dishwasher. Their faucet won't wash off the dishes and now the gunk on the plates is caked all over the sides of the sink! This gunk just builds up and up sealing the unaltered sink. This sink is like your mind, with the grime being those painful scarring memories of your past.  You just can't seem to wash the pain or difficult memories away.

What we need here is something to get the painful memories to release, to let go of their hold on our psychological well-being.

Ok, so here's the hard part, but it can be accomplished in a softer way...

We have to revisit those traumatic events in order to fully free ourselves of their grasp. Did just the mention of this idea send a shudder through you.  Don't worry,  we are going to do this as gently as possible, it will be tough though.

Just as a good doctor will tell you to let the fever run its course, so it is with our mental disruptions as well.  We rob ourselves of the fullness of an experience when we recoil, or shut down, or become unconscious to what is transpiring. This compounds in our subconscious, creating a feeling of anxiety and distress when we remember the experience because we never let the difficulty and pain run its course in our emotional body.  Our body is naturally cathartic and will initiate its own fail safe as we process really hard events, but only if we can be aware of all of the emotions that arise.  This attention to the pain and discomfort lets it run its course just as a fever needs to.

So this can be really upsetting depending on what your stressor was...

What are some ways to diffuse or release the gunk that has clogged up our perception?

First things first, reliving and really acknowledging and embracing those difficult feelings will be hard to do, but it is truly vital.  Once they have been fully expressed they can be seen as what they are, emotions and feelings and nothing more.  They lose their power when the light of awareness comes upon them.  This awareness can be fostered using some Sedona Method work by asking yourself if you are able to let go of the held emotion or held attachments to the traumas.  Then you ask if you would be able to let go, thereby empowering your self confidence. Lastly you would simply ask when you will be able to let this go.  What this does is diffuse the emotional energy bomb attached to the trauma and makes it so that it can be released over time in a safe way.

Another way, still requiring some revisiting, but in a more muted way, involves going back to the event or events from a distance and keeping awareness on the event while you do EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as tapping.  This will send a vibration accompanied by intention statements and reframing statements to help shift the blockages caused by the held or trapped emotions.

Still another very powerful method involves hypnotherapy work where we go in and replay the trauma from a safe distance. We gently break through to become fully present and aware of it in order to diffuse the power we have given it to control our lives with fear, shame, guilt, or any of the other lower energetic emotions.  This still brings us back to it, but in a more distant way depending on the hypnotherapist or program they are working with.

These tattoos of our life experiences are just as permanent as our external ones.

Taking the power out of their control over our emotional lives is how we can stop letting them control our perception of the world.  This will free our experience so we can grow and transform into our highest selves in this lifetime.

The memories may never fade, but the power we let them have over our lives is something you have the power to change...

What are you waiting for?

Light for your path...

Just be.

Falling away... to perfection.

Falling away from yourself you might find the hardest thing to release is your attachment to the release itself...

This letting go must be deliberate but must also be done with hubris.  We are all one and interconnected in this divine merging of spirit with form, with the all and nothing.  Falling away from the maya, or illusion, we merge with the oneness. Pure balance is in the center, chaos bringing a matrix of order perfect and flowing through each instant we release the previous moment in a constant renewal of experience...

The question asked then is, if we are constantly renewed and ever changing in the physical, how or why then do we retain our illnesses or our vices or our pain? Why can't we just choose a different alternative? Why can't we just be in a state of perpetual bliss and health?

What attachments to difficulty have we cultivated? Do you need to suffer to fully enjoy the joys of your experience?  Is the glow that much brighter with the contrast of misery? We choose this condition of duality so that we can fully embrace its interplay in our being as well. We must work to celebrate the beingness of joy

Which reality or state of consciousness do you accept as your perception? Can you acknowledge and embrace the pains so that the true power of wellness and echo through your soul?

Your condition is a choice at every level of your being, no matter how horrific, so how can we find the message and lesson and hidden truths amidst the mire of the murky depths of depression and a fractured life? How can we dig ourselves out of this hole of pain and ignorance?

Can we even bring ourselves to recognize a choice to let go of our strife no matter though we may not have even caused it in the first place? If we can release the notion of separation with our consciousness and our physical being, a powerful shift can occur.

We can take control of our perception once we accept that we are in charge of it.

Remember:

No one can make you angry without your permission.

No one can make you happy without your permission.

No one can make you sad without your permission.

We are in charge of our reality, so let's own it and grow to our true potential!

My new book, The Art of Falling, gives you tools and methods to release those painful parts of ourselves, so we can truly fall away from ourselves. This falling away brings to light all of the potential and all of those things we had buried beneath the trauma and pain from our lives.

It gives you the power to renew!

Elect Love and Peace!

What is really on the election ballot this year?

Is our soul as a country really under this much constant combat that we are lost in the words as we miss the forest for the trees? How can we combat the incessant pull of idiocracy that is marring the image of our system across the world's theater?

What will it take for us to overcome this frightening image of what is to come for our country?  How many more moments of sheer racism and ignorance will we let manifest in our collective consciousness before we finally stand up and say enough is enough?

So what can you do now?  Who are you to be able to make a difference?

How can your voice be heard?  Does the election really matter?  Do we even have a voice?  The answer is yes, we do, and the election does matter, but our voice can only be heard and we can only make a difference if we stand up and stand together in love and peace.

This entire facade of an election process has created more fear, hatred, anger and shame than any of the past elections up until this point.  Just when we think it can't get any worse, it does and we see even more of how fragile this system is and how it is so mismanaged that those in charge most likely shouldn't be.  Yet we don't stand up together with one voice when they have so carefully marginalized our positions and our voices into sound bytes and scripted memes designed to distract us from the truth just behind the curtains...

Love and peace can save us?

How so?  Are you just some wishy-washy hippy?  Well I am, but that is beside the point...

Love is one of the strongest attractors of the present moment of any of the emotions.  This means that it brings you into the present moment simply by focusing on it.  The heart chakra is the center of the plane of existence we call the present moment where the spiritual plane intermingles and blends with the physical world.  That which we hold in our heart center becomes real that much more quickly...

Peace is just as powerful so long as it is realized as its own process, and not the absence of war which reflects its energy out in a negative way as a polarity, which it need not be.  Peace should be seen as gratitude, or joy for simply being and gratefulness for what is in all its forms.

Stepping into an attitude of gratitude and love isn't the easiest process especially with all of the endless barrage of angry memes and perversions of what we call media and the news.  The easiest start to this process is to think of that which you hold most dear, a loved one, a pet, a happy memory that warms your soul when you think of it.  Calling in such an image evokes that joyful, loving feeling that can help you elevate your intentions and elevate your manifestations towards something more.  It will help you to guide your potential reality towards its highest good even in times such as these.

How can we be grateful for such a debacle of our political system?  Let us find the silver lining hiding in this very dark and large storm cloud hanging over our country at the moment.

What did we hope would happen?  Obviously it didn't play out how we liked, so what is the potential good in these developments?  What positivity can come from such horrid defacement of our governmental structure?  Even in the darkest night we can find stars to illumine our path, for light needs darkness to be fully appreciated...

We can let be what is, and send light and love and positive thoughts and energy to those places in the world that need our attention or help so that it can grow and flourish and facilitate new changes in the future.  We can look forward to what may still come in a loving and peaceful world in hopes that we can be catalysts for real change...

Holding our highest good for the universe and higher powers to protect us and keep us away from the negativity and evil that exists knowing that all is as it should be and that all will work out for the betterment of everyone.  Staying with these thought patterns and sending out feelings of gratitude and love for all that is and that all that is will create the highest good for all involved.

Thoughts are energy and have power!

Do not play into the fear and anger surrounding our nation.

Let us "Face Everything And Rise" up as one people, for the future of our world!

Light for your path...

Just be.

Momentary Illumination

Momentary Illumination

Feel the pulse of the flow as it courses through your veins…

Do you even know your own silence?  Do you appreciate your faults?

Do you want to see how the darkness illuminates the light?

There is no now without here,
just as there is no dark without light,
this pulsation of truth eminates from the night
just as the light of the stars brings out the depths of the infinite vast void of space
as the galaxies swirl into existence around the destruction of the endlessly swirling black holes we fall into
as we expect an outcome from no effort
or a change without a preceding event to push it into being,
but being of what?

How do we become the nothing contained within the everything giving form to the formless, giving structure to the ethereal?

How do we embrace the moment of uncertainty with total awareness without giving all of our vulnerability and trust to that which is fleeting, to that which has no shape?

How can we know that this is it?  Do you?

Now.

This light that bursts forth from the deepest recesses of your soul
brings you back to this ever present moment,
this instant where all things are interconnected,
where the past falls away and the future doesn’t matter,
to the time where you simply are, and that is always enough,

Be in your moment,
it is always fleeting,
yet always there.

Know that you are the infinity in that grain of sand, and that eternity in an hour and
revel in the chance to embrace the gratitude of all that is.

Just be.

A candle amidst the shadow...

"Hope is a good thing, maybe even the best of things, and no good thing ever dies."

-Stephen King
(The Shawkshank Redemption)

This flicker, this flame of hope, spark of divinity casting away shadows into the light of reason and rebirth to be renewed and revisited once again.

Hope can do this for us just as renewing our faith and spirit can do...

Can we still be with ourselves and with that phoenix who rises from those ashes?  What comes with this rebirth?  Is it always peaceful?  What if it's not?

Sometimes and often as we find that candle in our dark times, that innocent flame of peace and renewal will ignite with the delicate shell of our current state of the ego to prepare us for major growth.  Now not all major change and growth is painful or earth shattering  or a bonfire of the psyche, but this has been known to happen from time to time...

It is as though we have surrounded ourselves in the kindling of our old way of being and thinking and interacting and this kindling catches fire and gets set ablaze into our being, purifying that which is holding us back from our truest and most sacred self.

There is always beauty in these moments of utter clarity, though often it is almost impossible to find it amidst the chaos that ensues in our lives.  Room has to made to handle and acquire the proper energetic reception that is occuring.  We are forging a new skin, a new template of our being and at first it is terrifying.

That feeling of letting go and releasing  is usually accompanied by strife and struggle, for the ego's grasp on our reality is a very real and powerful thing.

This growth and renewal we are experiencing is a trial by fire and the wrong mental attitude and stance will most definitely spiral out to let the ego back in and let it regain its comfortable spot where it is in control of your life.  Therefore this growth is typically accompanied by pains and difficulties.  We must push forward to realize that in this gutter of an experience, there are still stars in the cosmos stretching out into the infinity of space.

It is at times called a healing crisis for the illness or state of dis-ease we are in is one that must flare up and create panic and trauma in order to shake our spiritual and physical state to its core foundations.  This unfortunately can even extinguish that candle which started the process of growth.

Find your candle in the darkness of the char that remains when such a dark night of the soul occurs.

Find the message.  Step back from yourself and your sorrow and pain and just be a silent witness to what is and to what can be.  Find the peace in each moment, the joy of releasing the old and embracing the new.  You may like what you find there.  It may bring back that once lost playful spirit from childhood, or you may discover that dream of this life you put up on the shelf until the next lifetime.  See the opportunity in your darkness, become your own flashlight by looking for the message, for the blessing hidden in the curse.  There is a silver lining in the cloudiest of days...

Keep hope in your despair and let the sun warm you in the ashes so that you may find those phoenix feathers of every color that had been dulled or sullied by the barrage of suffering in this experience.

May you find the brilliance hidden in the darkest of times...

Know that you are a being of light.

A light for your path...

Just be.
