You feel the timelessness of the vibration as it permeates your cells realigning your space into the harmonious chord of your truth, placing you in your power, in your now...
A sound bath is an experience where you allow the sounds of the crystal healing bowls, pyramids, chanting and toning and other assorted sound healing instruments to shift your body, mind and spirit into balance through the vibrational frequencies that they emit as they are played by the sound healer or musician.
The intelligent energy of the quartz helps your system to reorganize itself in the most efficient way. It's like when you are so into your favorite song that you lose yourself into the moment of it. It frees you from the idea of separation,
it opens your awareness to feel just a little more, to be a little more vulnerable, a little more compassionate. It is as though you are allowing in a little more light as the sounds shift and reconfigure your syntax on reality. The feeling of a sonic accupuncture session, refreshing revitalization moves into your body filling all of the space that the sound has freed up.
At the beginning, you are led into a peaceful state of acute awareness, noticing all the parts of your body as the sound opens and relaxes your physical pains and stressors. The focus is then drawn to emotions atttached to those pains and following them even further back to their original source before leading you upward into a floating state above the clouds through the mental imagery and descriptions. A state of collectivized connectivity is felt as the energy of all of the endless streams of stars overhead is inhaled with the breath bringing the person again back to the presence of the body.
Then a guide is called forth who leads you into encounters with overcoming blocks and stoppages in your energetic, emotional, physical and mental systems as the sounds from the chanting and toning move through the body freeing those stuck and frozen parts of your being...
And that's not all...
The waves of sound transport you from experiences in the body, to movements of the soul, each person attending with you collectivizing their flame together as one healing force of frequency. You feel it like electricity fractalating across your being as the sound shatters the resistance that you feel towards the flow as you rediscover that feeling of harmony with the all...
Science tells us that all of matter in the reality is composed of atoms interconnecting and interacting instantaneously, which are composed of subatomic particles, protons, electrons, and the idea of the potentiality of neutrons (see Nassim Haramein's work), which are collections of quarks being created and destroyed in this rhythmic dance becoming real at those points where they interconnect. Sound moves through this space effortlessly, becoming the vibration that you can resonate with to reshape your reality in the best possible configuration...
Just as these atoms are vibrating potentialities, so are we... The illusion of separation is transcended through sound and intonations. We are just cosmic riders upon these atoms and cells and sound bath meditations and sound healing can help us realign to harmony each day...
